Are you want to know what to do in your spare time? or do you want to keep yourself busy after having a break-up? I have some tips and ideas to keep yourself busy and to overcome from your past or recent break-up which is making you crazy. Difficulties arise when one partner wants to break-up but we are very serious about the relationships and possesive for the partner, this is the most weird situation for the person. We find that situation very tough when we find us unable to forget him/her. There are some useful tips which can definitely help you to overcome from your past or recent break-up.

We find that situation very tough when we find us unable to forget him/her. There are some useful tips which can definitely help you to overcome from your past or recent break-up. 
  • In this kind of situations, most of us try to convience their partner by calling him/her again and again,sometimes it works but not always. Stop this first. This can make your partner irritate. If he/she are not replying to your calls and messeges, just stop it and give him/her sometime if he/she wants.

  • Second, Do not shut yourself in a dark room. Go outside and do lots of shoppings with friends, this will make you relax and tension-free in all situations. Try once.
  • Do your favourite things or hobbies you like the most which you have been left because your partner was against it. It will make you happy as well as improve your hobbies quality.
  • Make friends. Friends are very important in our life, they share evreything to you and feels you relax. If you are shy nature but really want to make friends so you can also join some networking sites.
  • If you are feeling bored in spare time and everytime think about your past, why do you not earn something by keeping yourself busy? Just google and find there many sites where you can earn money by writing articles, blogging etc. This will give you a direction to find new ways to overcome from your current situation.

  • Participate in social activities like donations for poor childs, old age home or by helping someone. Make this your habit. This will give you satisfaction as well as happiness from inside.
  • Be postive in every situation, it is difficult but will help you to stay away negative energies. Use some postive energy tips.
  • Meditate every day in the morning hours. Meditation keep your mind fresh and calm, it will help to keep you cool in a negative situations and decrease your anger also.
  • Listening music. A calm music make your mind relax, but try to listen classical music and avoid sad songs.
  • Remove those things and all gift items from your room which belongs to him/her. This will force you to think about him/her. Try to decorate your room with new ideas and sufficient lights.
  • Never think that you are not according to his/her wish or you have some weaknesses. keep some time for you only and make yourself smart, change your hairstyles or dressing sense. This change will bring a postive attitude and confidence in you.
And now last but not the least, do not involve in other relationship if you have a recent break-up. Some people thinks by involving in another relationship they will be able to forget your past but it is not a right thing. Just give yourself sometime to think about yourself and make the life clear without any hardles.
